Given :-

Mass of body = 3 Kg

Horizontal force = F

Angle = 30°

Solution :-

F = T cos (30°)

mg = T sin (30°)

√3 g = T √3 / 2

T = 2  x g = 2 x 10 = 20 N

F = T x 1/2

F =  20 x 1/2 = 10 N

Hence the tension in the string is 20 N and the force is 10 N.
