A ball of mass 400g rolls on a ground with uniform speed of 25 m/s. find the kinetic energy possessed by it.

Mass = 400 g = 0.4 kg

Velocity , v = 25 m/s

K.E = 1/2 ×mv²
= 1/2 ×0.4 × 25 ×25
= 125 Joules

Formula :  K.E = 1/2 X mv²
  Given :
m = 0.4 kg
v = 25 m/s

Solution:

       = 1/2 X 0.4 X 25 X 25
       = 125 J
