K. E. =1/2mv^2
=1/2×400/1000×25
=5kg.m/s

Mass (m) =400g = 0.4kg = 4/10

Velocity (v) = 25m/s

Kinetic energy (K.E) =1/2×mv2

=1/2×4/10×25×25

=125J
