WE CAN FIND IT USING IMPULSE MOMENTUM THEOREM.
F*T=m(V-U
U=-√2GH=-√2*10*20=-2M/S
V=√2Gh=√2*10*45=30M/S
200 *T=.O5(30+20
T=.0125 SEC
