A ball of mass 50 grams is thrown vertically upwards with a velocity of 20 m per second .calculate energy dissipated if it gains a potential energy of 6 J at max height.(g=10m/s2)

we have to find first of all Kinetic Energy...and then potential energy is given and then we have to find there by height..... Potential energy=mgh.....
