A ball of mass m is dropped onto a floor from a certain height . The collision is perfectly elastic and the ball rebounds to the same exact height and again falls. Find the average force exerted by the ball on the floor during a long time interval

After each collision, momentum transmitted by ball to ground is 2mv and time for consecutive collision is 2u/g.

Henceforth over the lengthy time interval, Total force applied by Ball to ground will be = 2mvn/2vn/g
