Here,

m = 2kg

t = 2s

Let s be the Displacement in 2 s

s = ½ gt2

=> s = ½ ×10×(2)2 = 20m

Work done by force F (its weight) will be

W = Fs

=> W = mgs

=> W = 2×10×20 = 400J
