The ball was thrown up by the velocity 30m/s.

The time taken by the ball to go up and come down will be equal.
Hence the time required for ball to go up will be 3 seconds.
At its top height it's velocity will become 0m/s.
hence now according to u=at.
u=10×3
u=30m/s

Krishna2492003: dude but how?
Krishna2492003: elaborate
Krishna2492003: well here is not an harm in telling u thank you

Krishna2492003: thanks
Krishna2492003: and ha
Krishna2492003: assume g=9.8
YashLohakare: ok bro
