A ball thrown vertically upward with speed 19.6 m per second from a top of a tower and return to the earth in 6 second find the height of the tower

If ball is thrown upwards,

then it can be derived that,

H = - ut + at^2/2

(u= 19.6 m/s= 2g m/s)

Thus,

H = - 12g + 18g = 6g

Height of tower is 58.8 m
