Answer: If the ball was thrown from the ground, it would have taken 4s to complete the process. Therefore distance travelled in last 2s is the height of the tower.
Applying s = ut+1/2at².
s = 19.6*2-1/2*9.8*4
height of tower = 58.8 metre.
Applying s = ut+1/2at².
s = 19.6*2-1/2*9.8*4
height of tower = 58.8 metre.
