Answer:-

Given:-

mg is the weight of the ball

Weight (mg) = 15N  mg is the weight of the ball

Height = 30m

At the highest point of the ball Journey, velocity of the body will be zero and will be in the form of Potential Energy.

Total mechanical energy = Potential energy + kinetic energy

kinetic energy is zero.

⇒E = mg × h

⇒E = 15 × 30

⇒E = 450 J.

Hence, total energy of the body is 450 J.

when, it reaches the ground there will be impusle.

Explanation:-

Mechanical energy is the sum of potential energy and kinetic energy. It is the energy associated with the motion and position of an object.
