if g = 10 m/s2
then, mass of object = w/g
= 10/10 KG
=1 kg
we know mass is same everywhere
therefore mass on earth = mass on moon
therefore mass on moon = 1kg
now , weight on moon= 1/6th weight on earth
weight on moon =10/6 N
then, mass of object = w/g
= 10/10 KG
=1 kg
we know mass is same everywhere
therefore mass on earth = mass on moon
therefore mass on moon = 1kg
now , weight on moon= 1/6th weight on earth
weight on moon =10/6 N

Weight = mg
10 N = m × 10 m/s²
m = 1 kg
Mass of ball is 1 kg
Weight on moon = mg/6
= (1 kg × 10 m/s²) / 6
= 1.67 N
Weight of ball on moon is 1.67 N
10 N = m × 10 m/s²
m = 1 kg
Mass of ball is 1 kg
Weight on moon = mg/6
= (1 kg × 10 m/s²) / 6
= 1.67 N
Weight of ball on moon is 1.67 N
