Answer:

1.76 litres

Step-by-step explanation:

Given A balloon containing 2.00 mol of helium has a volume of 880 mL. what is the new volume when  4 more of mole of helium are added to the balloon at the same temperature and pressure?

When temperature and pressure remain constant we have

  V₁ / N₁ = V₂/ N₂

  V₂N₁ = V₁N₂

 So V₂ = V₁N₂/ N₁

           = 880 x 4 / 2

So V₂ = 1760 ml

1 ml = 0.001 litre

1760 ml = 1760 x 0.001 = 1.76 litres
