Answer:

If a balloon is not rubbed with the wool cloth, it has an equal amount of negative to positive charges, so it will attract to a rubbed balloon. When both balloons are rubbed with the wool cloth, the both receive negative charges, so they will repel each other

Answer:

so here u have two friends positive +ve and negative -ve

here if a balloon is not rubbed with a wool cloth , it will have an equal amount of +ve and -ve and attracts a rubbed balloon

but if not shared equally both will receive -ve in and will repel

(kind of hard to remember but a bit of practice can bring perfection)
