The balloon vender has 2 red,3 blue and 4 green balloons.

therefore the total number of balloons the balloon vender has=2+3+4=9=total number of possible outcomes

probability of event=total number of favorable outcomes/total number of possible outcomes

if the balloon is red

the probability of getting a red balloon=2/9

bcoz here red favorable outcome so it is 2
total number ofpossible outoutcomes=9

if the balloon is blue

it's probability =3/9=1/3

favorable outcomes=3 bcoz the balloon is blue

if the balloon is green

it's probability=4/9

bcoz the balloon is green,it's favorable outcome=4
