Here, mg=160 N

lift force=mg-(mg/2)=mg/2=80N

let, for content mass, m', the balloon moves up with acceleration g/3

so,

80-m' g=m' g/3

80=(4/3)m'g

m' g=60N

So 100 N content must be removed, or divide by g if you need mass.
