at the time of throwing
KE = 1/2 x 2 x 10 x 10
=100 J
at the highest point
PE = KE = 100 J
KE = 1/2 x 2 x 10 x 10
=100 J
at the highest point
PE = KE = 100 J

we know that kinetic energy is due to the virtue of motion
K.E= 1/2 × mv^2
so at the time of throwing
speed of ballot(v) = 10m/S
mass of ballot(m) = m kg
so K.E = 1/2 × 2×(10)^2
= 100 J
maximum height (H) = u^2/2g
=10×10/2×10
= 5 m
so potential energy = mgh
=2×10× 5
=100 J
