Let the number of withdrawal forms= x.

Now the total number of forms in that office = Total number of deposit form + Total number of withdrawal form = 1200 forms.

Now,

number of deposit form = 2x (double than the withdrawal form)

According to the question,

x+2x = 1200

3x = 1200

x = 400

So,the total number of withdrawal form is 400 (answer)

And the total number of deposit form deposit form is = 2×400 = 800 (answer)
