The direction of the wind will be from A to B.

  • The pressure amount of A is certainly higher than the pressure amount of B. This can be discovered by the given data in the question.
  • Now, we all know that the air flows from high pressure region to low pressure region. Here, the high pressure zone is A with 990mb and low pressure zone is B with 975mb.
  • So, here the air will flow from A to B. (ie. 990 > 975)
