A barrel contains a mixture of wine and water in the ratio 3:1. how much fraction of the mixture must be drawn off and substituted by water so that the ratio of wine & water in the resultant mixture in the barrel becomes 1:1?

If we are drawing off the Mixture, then the question should have another ratio or there is no need of adding the water after that. As we can achieve the 1:1 by drawing off the mixture. I have attached the answer just by adding the water into the mixture. If it helps you, rate me Brainly.
