Answer : - 0.49

Capacity Factor = Actual output / Potential output

Actual annual output = 150 x 10^6 kWh = 150 x 10^6 x 3600 kJ

Potential output = 35 MW = 35 x 10^3  kW = 35 x 10^3 x kJ/sec

Potential output =  35 x 10^3 x (3600 x 24 x 365 sec) / 1 Year

Potential output =  35 x 10^3 x 3600 x 24 kJ for 1 Year

Capacity Factor = Actual output / Potential output

Capacity Factor = (150 x 10^6 x 3600)/ (35 x 10^3 x 3600 x 24)

Capacity Factor = 0.49
