Each action has its equal and opposite reaction

When u hit a ball , your body weight stored in the form of potential energy is transfered into the ball called the transfer of weight. Now the ball aquires kinetic energy and starts to move in the direction of bat swing if the ball hits the middle of bat

So if u hit a ball by a bat, what do u expect it will obviously leave the bat
