we know that

Impulse = change in momentum

or

I = dp = m (v-u)

here,

m = 0.15 kg

 u = 12 m/s

v = - 12 m/s

so,

I = 0.15(-12 – 12)

thus, impulse will be

I = - 3.6 Ns

HLO MATE HERE U GO.

Change in momentum = (0.15 × 12 )-(-0.15 × 12 ) = 3.6Ns

Impulse = 3.6Ns in the direction from the batsman to the bowler .
