Answer:

very simple just use the mean formula

X=

 \frac{sum \: of \: all \: obsr }{no.of \: obsr}

then add all the value and divide by 6 coz there are 6 observations

you get

 \frac{282}{6}

you get ans as 47

⚒️GIVEN:

Scores : 35,30,45,60,63,55

no. of innings = 6

⚒️FIND:

Mean scores = ?

⚒️SOLUTION:

we know, that

 \bold{mean =  \frac{ ∑_x }{n}  }

where,

\bold{∑_x} = sum of all scores

n = Total no. of innings

put these values in formula if mean we got

 \bold{ \to mean =  \frac{ ∑_x }{n}  }

 \bold{ \to mean =  \frac{ 35 + 30 + 45 + 60  + 63 + 55}{6}  }

 \bold{ \to mean =  \frac{ 288}{6}  }

 \bold{ \to mean =  \frac{ \cancel{ 288}}{ \cancel6}  }

 \bold{ \to mean =  48  }

Hence, mean score is 48.
