A battery can supply a charge of 250000C. If the current is drawn from the battery at the rate of 25A, calculate the time in which the battery will discharge.

Current drawn, I =12.5 A

Now by the formula , Q=It

So, 2.5 × 10^5 = 12.5 × t

t = (2.5 × 10^5)/ 12.5

= (10^5)/ 5

= 2×10^4

= 20000 seconds

Thus the battery wil l discharge in 20,000 seconds.
