Watt - hour efficiency of a battery is the ratio of the amount of energy available during the discharge of a battery to the amount of energy put in during charge.Electrical energy = Voltage x Power x timeEnergy available during discharge = VIt = 14 x 5 x 15 = 1050 kWh Energy put in during charge = VIt = 15 x 10 x 8 = 1200 kWh Watt - hour efficiency  =   (1050/1200)x100% =   87.5%
