When two or more cells are joined together , the combination is called a battery. In a dry cell the upper part is positive and the lower part is negative electron. When we connect three dry cells in the circuit the bulb will lighten up with more brightness. This circuit includes three dry cells, wire, bulb and a switch.

"The free electrons in a cell flows from negative terminal to the positive terminal. Then, the current must flow in the opposite direction. The current or electron can flow when there are opposite terminal. When multiple batteries are connected the same point should be kept in mind. The positive must be connected to the negative of another cell and negative terminal of that must be connected to the next cell. Such that it makes a complete loop that can flow current in them."
