In question,there should be 12 ohm not 12 w

Resistance are in series.So,

3+4+5+12=24ohm

I=v/R=12/24=1/2 A=0.5 Ampere

In series the current flow in all the resistance are equal.But potential difference Varies.

So,current flow through 12 ohm resistance will be 0.5 A.

HOPE IT HELPS

 \bold \red{Given,}

 \\ \: \bold \red{=>Voltage = 12 \: volts}

\bold \red{=>Resistors \: are \: 3, \: 4, \: 5, \: and \: 12 \: ohms}

\bold \red{=>Req. = \: 24 \: ohms \: }

 \\ \bold \red{=>V = I.R} \\ \\ \bold \green{=>12 \: volts= 24 \times i }\\ \\ \bold \green{=>i = 0.5 \: Amperes}

Current Flowing in Series connection is equal to all resistors.

So same current flow through 12 ohms resistor.
