The current through all the resistor will be same as they are connected in series .
therefore i=v/R

i =  \frac{12}{ 3  + 4 + 5 + 12}  = 0.5 \: ampere
hence 0.5 will flow to all the resistor

R = equivalent resistance .

R = ( 3 + 4 + 5 + 12 )ohms

They are in series .

So R = 24 ohms .

Now V = I R

V = 12 v .

I = ?

12 v = I × 24 ohms

= > I = 12 v / 24 ohms

= > I = 1/2 A

= > I = 0.5 A

The current 0.5 A will flow through all the resistors and so the answer will be 0.5 A

ANSWER:

0.5 A

campon99: ans is .5
Anonymous: yo because the same current will flow
campon99: yes so why u said 1 A before
Anonymous: by mistake i thought 12V/12 ohm = 1 A thats why ..but that happens in parallel only
campon99: no parallel me bhi nhi hota h lol
campon99: it happens if only their is 12 resistor
sowmiya35: oh thanks
campon99: sowmiya mark my answer as brainliest then
campon99: why u marked him the brainliest?
