AnsWer :

1 A.

Given :

  • R1 = 0.1 ohm.
  • R2 = 0.15 ohm.
  • R3 = 0.2 ohm.
  • R4 =0.25 ohm.
  • R5 = 6 ohm.
  • Connected in Series Connection.
  • Battery give 6.70 V.

Concepts Required :

  • Series Combination - When Resistors connected in only one path or follow only path, it said to be Series Connection.

  • In Series Connection Current are some but Voltage are different in each resistor.

  • Parallel Connection - When Resistors connected in two or more or follow two or more path it, said to be Parallel Connection.
  • In parallel Connection Current are different in each resistor and Voltage are same.

Solution :

We have,

Formula for Series Connection.

 \tt R_s = R_1 +R_2 +R_3 + R_n.

 \tt\dashrightarrow 0.1 + 0.15 + 0.25 + 0.2 + 6.

 \tt\dashrightarrow 6.70 \: \Omega.

Now, According to Ohm' s.

 \tt \large V = IR.

 \tt\dashrightarrow 6.70 = I.6.70.

 \tt\dashrightarrow I = 1 \: A.

In Series Connection Current flow same.

Therefore, current flow in 6 ohm resistor be 1 A.
