a battery toy can move and talk .can it be called living thing ?if no then justify answer in 2-3 lines

NO IT CAN NOT BE CALLED LIVING IT WILL JUSTIFIED LIKE THIS SEE ..................FIRST OF ALL IT NEED SOME PHYSICAL SUPPORT TO START AND STOP ONCE YOU HAVE STARTED IT ........NEXT IT DOES NOT METABOLISE ANY OF THE FUNTION OF ITS BODY ITS TOTALLY DEPENDCE ON US THAT WHEN WE HAVE TO START THE TOY TO MOVE AND TALK RIGHT .......THERE ARE MANY CRITERIAS FOR A THING TO LIVING LIKE ......1..WE HUMAN BEINGS ARE SELF CONSCIOUS ABOUT OURSELVES ......2.There is cellular growth .

it doesn't breathe
it doesn't grow
it doesn't eat
it doesn't reproduce
and many more...
