Let the capacity of the breaker be x litre, then;
5/7 of x + 10 = x
5x/7 + 10 =x
10 = x-5x/7
10 = 2x/7
x = 70/2
= 35
Hence the capacity of breaker is 35 litres.

then,
5/7x+2/7x=x
as we know that the tank is filled with 5/7 of its capacity and left with capacity of 10 liters,
2/7x=10
then x=35 liters.
