one electron has a charge of 1.6×10⁻¹⁹ joules. As u r telling one joule it has energy of 1 joule it has 1÷(1.6×10⁻¹⁹) electrons.

1 eV=1.6 x 10 ^-19 J

1 J=1/1.6x 10^-19 eV

1 electron =1 eV

no of electrons =6.25x10^18
