The maximum speed of the car is 28 m/s.

In order to obtain the maximum speed, the force on the car due to friction must be equal to the centrifugal force

Friction force=Centrifugal force

μmg=\frac{mv^2}{R}

Plugging the values in the above equation

0.8*9.81=v^2/100

v=28 m/s

Therefore maximum speed of the car on the track is 28 m/s
