Answer:

a= 0.22 m/s

Explanation:

intial velocity = u = 10 km / hr

= 10 x 5/18

= 2. 77777

= 2.8 m / s

final velocity = v = 15 km /hr

= 15 x 5 / 18

= 4.16 m/ s [ approx ]

time = t = 6 sec .

equation of motion :

v = u + at

4.16 = 2.8 + 6a

6a + 2.8 = 4. 16

6a = 4.16 - 2.8

6a = 1.36

a = 1.36 / 6

a= 0.22 m/ s .
