☆Hello friend☆

Thanks for question!

Let the CP be x

Then, SP = x + 12x/100
= Rs 112x /100

SP = x + 20x/100
= 120x/100

120x/100 - 112x/100 = Rs 16

8x/100 = Rs 16

x = Rs 16 × 100/8

x = Rs 200

So CP is Rs 200, then respective SP = 200+(200 ×12/100)= Rs224

200 +(200 ×16/100)= Rs 232

Hope it helps☺!

Step-by-step explanation:

let c.p be X then

s.p at a gain of =12%

s.p = (100+gain)×c.p/100

=(100+12)×x/100

=112x/100.

s.p at a gain of = 20%

s.p= (100+gain)×c.p/100

=(100+20)×x/100

=120x/100.

difference between two s.p = 112x/100-120x/100

=120x-112x/100

=8x/100.

now,16 more bicycle price =8x/100=16

=x=100×16/8

x =200.

again, the selling price of the bicycle =(100+12)×c.p/100

=112×200/100

=22400/100

=224 ans .
