Distance travelled in 10,000 revolutions= 22km=22000m

Distance travelled in 1 revolution= 22000/10,000 m=2.2m

1 revolution=circumference

2.2m=2x22/7xr

2.2m=44/7xr

(2.2mx7)/44=r

0.35=r

Diameter= 2r= 0.70m

heya buddy,
here is your answer,

As we know during riding the bicycle, only the outer part ie. the circumference of the wheel (circle) comes in contact with the road

circumference of circle = 2Πr

according to the question,
so, 2Πr × 10000 = 22km
=> 2 × 22/7 × r × 10000 = 22 × 1000 (as 1km = 1000m and Π = 22/7)

=> r = 22 × 1000 × 7/22 × 1/2 × 1/10000
= 7/(2× 10)
= 7/20m

as we know diameter = 2r = 2 × 7/20 = 7/10 = 0.7m

hence the diameter of the wheel is 0.7m

Hope this helps

if any further help ask me frankly i m always ready to help

thank you
