In 5000 revolutions, bicycle covers 11 km (11000 m)
==============================

In 1 revolution, bicycle covers  \frac{11000}{5000} = 11/5 m

It means that the circumference of the wheel is 11/5 = 2.2 m

2πr = 2.2 m = (2.2 × 100)cm

diameter × π = 220 cm

diameter × 22/7 = 220 cm

diameter × 1/7 = 10

diameter =  \frac{10}{ \frac{1}{7} }

diameter = 70 cm

i hope this will help you

Diameter is 3.5m as:
5000*2*22/7*radius= 11000m
r=11000*7/5000*2*22
