A bicyclist is traveling at +25 m/s when he begins to decelerate at -4 m/s2.
How fast is he traveling after 5 seconds?

Answer: At 5m/s

Explanation: As you Neha studied in the equation of motion that ,

v = u + at

Now here , u = 25 m/s ; a = -4 m/s2

t = 5 s

Putting the values in the above equation we get

v = 25 + { ( - 4 ) * 5 }

=> v = 5 m/s.
