A bike accelerates uniformly from 10 m/s to 25 m/s in 5 seconds along a straight line. Find the distance travelled by the bike in this time​

Answer:

Initial velocity (u) = 10 m/s

Final velocity (v) = 25 m/s

Time (t) = 5s

v = u+at

25 = 10+5a

15 = 5a

3 m/s^2 = Acceleration

v^2 = u^2+2aS .... where 'S' stands for Distance

625 = 100+6S

525 = 6S

87.5 m is the distance travelled.
