Solution :-

Let the Distance be x km. Then, we have :

\begin {tabular}{c | 1 | 1} \cline {1 - 3} Quantity\: of\: Petrol (in\: Litres) & 3 & 5 \\\cline {1 - 3} Distance (in\: km) & 150 & x \\\cline {1 - 3}\end {tabular}

Clearly,

More is the Quantity of Petrol Consumed, More is the Distance Covered.

So, it is a Case of Direct Proportion.

\begin {aligned} \therefore \; \frac{3}{150} = \frac{5}{x} & \Rightarrow \frac{1}{50} = \frac{5}{x} \\\\\\& \Rightarrow 50 \times 5 = x\\\\\\ \bold x &= \bold {250} \end {aligned}

The Distance covered by the Bike is 250 km...
