Cost of bike after three years = Rs 72900

Cost of bike after two years = Rs 72900×100/90 = Rs 81000

Cost of bike after one year = Rs 81000×100/90 = Rs 90000

Current cost = Rs 90000×100/90 = Rs 100000

Answer:

100000 Rs is your answer mate

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the current value of the bike be x

10% of x=

10 \div 100 \times x = x \div 10

The value of the bike after 1 yr=

x - (x \div 10) = 9x \div 10

Now, 10% of 9x/10=

10 \div 100 \times 9x \div 10 = 9x \div 100

The value of the bike after 2yrs=

(9x \div 10) - (9x \div 100) = 81x \div 100

10% of 81x/100=

10 \div 100 \times (81x \div 100) = 81 \div 1000

Therefore, it's value after 3yrs=

(81x \div 100) - (81x \div 1000) = 729x \div 1000

But the value is given as 72900

B.T.P.

729x \div 1000 = 72900

x = 72900 \times (1000 \div 729)

x = 100000

Therefore, the original value of the bike is 100000 Rs
