u= 22.4 m/s

v= 0 m/ s

a=?

t= 2.55 sec

a= 0- 22.4/2.55

=> a= -8.7 m/s^2

s= ut+ 1/2 at^2

= 22.4* 2.55+ 1/2 (-8.7)*2.55^2

= 57.12 - 28.2

= 28.92 m

Solution.

<b><u>initial velocity, u= 22.4 m/s

final velocity, v= 0 m/ s

Acceleration, a=?

time, t= 2.55 sec

so, a= 0- 22.4/2.55

=> a= -8.7 m/s^2

now, s= ut+ 1/2 at^2

= 22.4* 2.55+ 1/2 (-8.7)*2.55^2

= 57.12 - 28.2

= 28.92 m
