V = Final velocity = 60

S = Distance = 2000

f =Acceleration = ?

We know that

V² = u² + 2fs

60² = 20² + 2×f ×2000

f = ( 3600 - 400) / 4000 = 3200/4000 = 4/5

So the required acceleration = 4/5 m /s²
