There is a mistake in the question. It is ball and not bill. I have corrected the answer.

The force present here is Frictional Force.

This is a force that acts between two objects. 

For Example -  If we rub a matchstick in the matchbox, the fire is produced due to the force between the matchstick and matchbox.

This force is called Frictional force. This acts as an opposing force for an object.

So the ball stops after sometime as friction is created between the ground and the ball. Hence the ball stopped.
