A Bill was drawn on Sangeeta of RS 30,000 for 3 months on 3rd January 2020 After one month drawer discounted the bill with his bank @ 8 percentage calculate the amount of discount​

$discount \: = discount \: percentage \: in \: fraction \: \times marked \: price \: or \: normal \: price \:$

$= > \frac{8}{100} \times 30000$

$= > \frac{30000 \times 8}{100}$

$= > \frac{240000}{100}$

$= > 2400$

So the discount is Rs.2400 .
