Solution

Speed of a bird = 250km/h.

Distance covered by a bird = 10,000m

Converting distance into km

1km = 1000m

1000m = 1km

10000 = 10000÷1000 = 10km.

Calculating Time Taken

 \sf{Speed=\dfrac{Distance}{Time} } \\\ \: \sf{\therefore \: Time= \frac{Distance}{Speed}}

 \sf{= \cancel\dfrac{10}{250} =  \dfrac{1}{25} = 0.04h.}

Hence, time is 0.04hours or 2.4minutes(0.04×60).
