A bird flies from east India to south India in the monsoon time during it's migration. After monsoon, it moves back to the east India. If the distance between the 2 places is 2000km and the time taken by the bird for it's overall travel is 4lakh sec, calculate the speed and velocity of the bird

Speed=distance/time

Speed={(2*2000000)/400000}m/s

Speed={4000000/400000}m/s

Speed=10m/s

Velocity=displacement/time

displacement is 0 as the bird returns to original position.

Velocity=0/400000

Velocity=0m/s

HOPE IT HELPS.
