Hi friend... I am here to help you...!!

Answer is : Kinetic Energy & Potential energy.

Because, Kinetic Energy energy which a body possesses by virtue of being in motion.

the energy possessed by a body by virtue of its position relative to others, stresses within itself, electric charge, and other factors.

The bird has both Potential Energy and Kinetic Energy.

  • First of all, let's assume that the bird is moving linearly with a velocity v at a height h from the Earth surface.

  • Now, the bird has kinetic energy because it is a type of mechanical energy by the virtue of its movement.

  • The bird also has potential energy by the virtue of its position with respect to the reference frame (i.e. the earth's surface).

  • The expression for kinetic energy will be ½mv² and the potential energy will be mgh.

  • Hence, total energy of bird will be ½mv² + mgh.
