A bird perches on a bace high power line and nothing happens to the bird A man standing on the ground touches the same line and gets a fatal shock why

because the man is standing on the ground and since we are good conductors of electricity it passes thru us and yhen into earth which is also a good conductor of electricity and then we get a sjock as we act as a conductor and due to earth the circuit is completed but

in case of bird it is not connected to groumd so the circuit is kind of incomplete so it doesnt get a shock
